Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the FYYBE website and, in time, our mobile application. By using FYYBE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
FYYBE is a fitness ecosystem designed to help people become more through adaptive intelligence, training, people, communities, athletes, creators and partners. The service is currently pre-launch. Some features described on this website are planned and may not yet be available. We will build and refine the service over time.
Your account
When the service is available, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account secure, and to be responsible for activity that takes place through it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, not to harm others, not to share false or misleading information, and not to attempt to disrupt or access parts of the service you are not entitled to. We may suspend or remove access where these terms are broken.
Content and intellectual property
FYYBE, the FYYBE wordmark and related branding are our intellectual property. Content you create remains yours; you give us the limited right to display it within the service as needed to operate it. You must not use content in a way that misrepresents FYYBE or the people within it.
Athletes, creators and partners
Any relationship between FYYBE and an athlete, creator or partner is governed by the specific agreement reached with them. These Terms do not override those agreements. Earnings, commissions and arrangements described on this website are illustrative and not a guarantee of income.
Third-party links and services
The service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices or content of those services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
FYYBE provides fitness-related information and connections. It is not medical advice. You are responsible for your own health and should seek professional guidance where appropriate. We do not guarantee any particular result from using the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FYYBE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
